Value Added Approach

Paradigm have provided asset management services to HUT since January 2008.

  • Purchased adjoining Shopping Centre (Shandwick Sq)
  • Negotiated development agreement with City Council
  • Liaised with Design Team on unit configuration
  • Delivered 225,000 sq ft of Phase 2 extension and 50,000 sq ft cinema (Vue) and restaurant phase by negotiation.
  • Agreed the transfer of title of the adjoining shopping centre to the City Council
  • Achieved the regeneration of Easterhouse Town Centre
  • Liaison with Glasgow Eastern Area Renewal Agency and Scottish ministers to secure employment opportunities for the local community
  • Assisted letting retail and leisure scheme phase 1
  • Assisted pre-lettings totalling 84,000 sq ft to Marks and Spencer and Wagamama phase 2
